    You choose which products you want and whether you want a monthly or bi-monthly shipment. You can lock in any current sale prices on your favorite products, or if the product isn’t on sale you can take 10% off the price.


    Enjoy all the benefits of our customer loyalty program with free shipping on every order, autoshipment, locked-in discounts and the option to cancel your subscription free of charge at any time.

Can I postpone my shipments? 

You can postpone your shipments for up to six months.

Can I cancel my account? 

You can cancel your account any time. We just ask that you call in to do so a week before your next shipment. When you cancel your account, our customer service agents will provide a cancellation code for you. 

Is there a contract or are there any fees to sign up or cancel?  

There is no contract. There is no fee to sign up or to cancel your account.

How do I sign up? 

You can sign up by calling our customer service agents at 800-515-0896. 

How often will it ship out?  

You can sign up to receive your products every 30 days or every 60 days.

When will my card get charged?  

Your card will be charged the day before it ships out. You will be notified via email.

How long will my order take to ship?  

You should expect your package within 5-7 business days (US) or 10-16 business days (Canada). 

Do I have to call in to change my account? How do I change what’s on my CL account?  

We ask that you use the chat function on the website or call our customer service agents at 1-800-515-0896 to make any changes to your account.

Can I place one time orders that are not on my autoship?  

Yes! You can call in anytime to place a one time order. All of those orders you will receive free shipping as well.  

How soon do I need to call before my order ships to make any changes to my account?  

We ask that you call in one week prior to your ship date to make any changes on your order/account.   

Can I make changes to my order after I have been charged for customer loyalty?    

Once charge has been taken we are unable to make any changes to it. You would need to call us return the package in order to receive a refund.
